Jo's
professional background in writing and editing extends over 25 years, and Inspirational Romance is one of her genre passions. She loves to encourage new talent in writing, and works closely with authors to achieve the best final manuscript possible before the book goes to print. She's a hard task-master, but it's worth the sweat!
The concept of the Rose & Crown imprint has been a vision long held by Jo Holloway, who is now the Commissioning Editor, helped by the other members of Sunpenny Publishing.
Romance in all its various forms is popular with both women and men all over the world, and we believe that the spread of Inspirational Romance is a wonderful and necessary step forward.
As the first imprint out of Sunpenny Publishing,we are especially determined to bring the Inspirational Romance genre to the UK public, and to convince book stores and libraries across Britain that this is a category worth supporting!
We will also be entering the US and other world markets who have already"discovered" this fast-growingand very popular genre.
We are actively seeking manuscripts to spearhead our launch, which is currently aimed at Autumn (Fall) 2009.
We are announcing our presence at this time so that new authors will know what we're about (please do read all the guidelines at the Sunpenny site, so that you know how we work, before submitting).
